Always on the lookout for a better sound, I have constantly experimented and the best has never been good enough for me because music is first and foremost sound - and sound is "perhaps inexhaustible". (Christoph Friedrich Hellwag in a letter to Immanuel Kant of 13 December 1790)

A recording from 1989: Bottesini’s B minor Concerto with Orchestra. At that time I was heavily influenced by the School of the remarkable Viennese Professor Ludwig Streicher.
Bottesini 1 - Allegro moderato

Bottesini 2 - Andante

Bottesini 3 - Allegro

Bottesini again, the well-known Elegy in D Major.
A sound study from 1991.
Elegia in Re

That same year I experimented further with vocal pieces.
